  16. i tried to get arcbbs 1.01 running,but it NEVER answers
  17. the phone! (well yes: if I set the modem to autoanswer,
  18. but then the callers never arrives,just if the bbs NEVER gets a single byte
  19. from the serial port,in the bbs)
  20. my serial wiring is: like in the FAQ,that strange wiring,where RING
  21. is NOT connected to RING,but rather to something else (DCD?).
  22. is that the naturee of the problem ?
