- Actually, Trumpet gets the time and date from a time server. This
- happens via a UDP transaction. The time obtained is in GMT which is what
- one requires for an article. Since the date (and message id) are critical
- for a news posting, I have opted not to use the PC's own time. Sorry... I
- will try to make sure that the date is set up even if a server can't be
- found in 1.06. The work around is to make sure that the time server IP
- address is filled in.
