  35. Actually, Trumpet gets the time and date from a time server.  This 
  36. happens via a UDP transaction.  The time obtained is in GMT which is what 
  37. one requires for an article. Since the date (and message id) are critical 
  38. for a news posting, I have opted not to use the PC's own time. Sorry...  I 
  39. will try to make sure that the date is set up even if a server can't be 
  40. found in 1.06. The work around is to make sure that the time server IP 
  41. address is filled in.
