- I am running the versin of SLIP that comes with Ultrix
- on a DECStation and a VaxStation. The VAXStation is
- a remote site that is about 30 miles away and it is running
- as the master. The DECStation is the slave and is
- here at our lab.
-
- I am looking for a shell script or c program that would detect
- when a hangup occured on either end and could attempt
- to restart the whole process. I would rather not write
- this if it already existed.
-
- I can't use PPP because I can't find one that runs on a
- VAXStation that runs Ultrix.
-
- Thanks
