- It means that you have to run a file named 'rtm.exe', which is located in
- C:\NFS. This have to be done before you start Win3.1. The 'rtm.exe' program
- has different options, and i believe you can use 'rtm /?' from the dos-prompt,
- to get an overview of the options...
