  26.             The resident transport module (RTM) is a TSR that provides
  27.             transport services that allow an application to "talk" to
  28.             the underlying network. The rtm command, used without any
  29.             parameters, loads the RTM into memory.

  31.             Before starting MS-Windows and the PC-NFS TSR, PCNFSLPD, you
  32.             must load the RTM.
