  14. Not my area, but I have the blue book handy.  There may be
  15. other standards or profile requirements that apply.  But
  16. in X.402 clause 18.5, it seems to say (for the mnemonic
  17. form): 
  18.    Must have one country and admd to specify an ADMD.
  19.    Some combination of a prmd, org, ou, pn, cn (up to one
  20.     of each, except several ou allowed).
  21.    Optionally, one or more dda.
  22. My guess is ou without org makes sense because often the
  23. org is running the prmd.
