  19. According to the '88 XAPIA docs, none of them are compulsory.  Section 5.2.31
  20. describes the om object representing an OR address, and all attributes are
  21. listed as optional.  Best I can figure, what attributes are necessary
  22. depends on the routing that the mail implementation you are using uses.
