- My question:
- Is it possible to run Telnet on PC:s with PhonenetTalk and Localtalk boards
- installed, when the router supplying IP-numbers is in another Appletalk
- zone?
-
- When we try to run Telnet (v. 2.3.05b) we get the following error:
- "Unknown Appletalk Driver Error -205"
-
- We suspect the error means that no IP-address can be found because the
- router cannot be reached. We have defined zone="router-zone" in config.tel
- just as you would on a Mac. This gives no error, but doesn+t seem to help.
- We have loaded COMPAT.COM with ABOTH.BAT so that is not the source of the
- error.
-
- Has anyone else come across this problem and managed to solve it (or not)?
-
- All answers appreciated
