  12. What is a good way to transpose a matrix on the Intel Delta/Paragon?  The
  13. method we are using now is very slow, probably due to communication
  14. contention. (The Delta/Paragon uses a mesh connection)  Is there a published
  15. algorithm or hopefully code that we could use?  Your help is appreciated.
