- I suppose you guys have run into this problem before, but I don't see it
- being asked often:
-
- I seem to have problem PKUNZIPping files off from the net that were
- PKZIPped and then UUENCODEd. The way I have done it was to...
-
- 1) Extract the posting to a file
- 2) Edit out headers
- 3) UUDECODE file
- 4) Jump into MSDOS and PKUNZIP file (via pathworks, i.e., drive M:)
-
- Same problem with UUENCODEd PKZIPped files via e-mail. If, however, a
- PKZIPped file has first been COMPRESSed and then UUENCODEd, I don't have
- any problem extracting files out from it. I know I'm missing something
- obvious... *sigh*, any help there?
