I've read a lot about the PDK CD-ROM and for $15 I would also like to order one.
But I need some information first.
How big are the C/C++ compiler and the programming information ? (I only have
a 125 MB HD) I don't need the network software.
Can everybody who wants to program a little for OS/2 order this CD-ROM or do I
have to be a professional developer?
Does anybody know where I can order it in Holland?
Microsoft's Macro Assembler 6.0 can produce programs for the Flat memory model.
How do I convert these programs to OS/2 2.0 compatible programs?
I've also tried to convert the .h files of GCC to .INC files in order to use thenew API calls, but that didn't work. Has anybody been able to do this?
Because I assume that Microsoft isn't going to support OS/2 in the next version
of MASM, I'm looking at other possibilities. I read IBM sells their Macro Assembler/2. Could anybody give me more information about it? (does it support OS/2 2.0 and can I use the API calls within my assemble programs?)
