- I can't rule that out, but I have found (and heard reported on the net)
- that electrical noise can cause such flicker also -- try turning off
- fluorescent lights and re-arranging your monitor cable away from other
- wiring. If your monitor wiring is not shielded, maybe that should be changed.
- Try re-routing your ribbin cables inside your box away from the graphics
- card.
