- Some time ago I saw several articles concerning the optimum interleave
- for a disk drive using HPFS. However, I didn't follow them to closely.
- I seem to remember something about the optimum for OS/2 is 1 higher than
- the bios returns as optimum???
-
- I would also appreciate anyone who has the WD AC2200 IDE drive sending
- me some email with their interleave and what they think of it.
-
- I posted something several weeks ago about the differences between the
- Maxtor 7213 and the WD 2200 and would like to thank everyone for
- responding.
-
- Also, what is the optimum hpfs cache for 16 meg or 20 meg of system memory?
-
- Thanks for everything.
