- : SVGA ON DOS should work. It will generate a SVGADATA.DOS file, which
- : you can copy over as SVGADATA.PMI.
-
- I'll tell you all about this again, since I haven't had a sensible
- answer from anyone yet. The new CSD version of SVGA.EXE tells me my
- IIs is an IBM card, and winges that I haven't got a VESA compliant BIOS.
- The old SVGA correctly identified a Tseng card and generated a .PMI for
- it. But the old .PMI file hangs my machine when I reboot when the CSD
- installed.
-
- A friend has a IIs and has had no problems with the CSD. The .PMI
- that his new SVGA generates is the same as the old one. Surely
- someone must be able to help?
