  22. I have a TPE EISA motherboard (OPTI chipset, AMI bios), Adaptec 1742 and

  25. The combination doesn't work very well.  The matter is currently under
  26. investigation by Adaptec (their TS got me further, but...).  I can see
  27. some of the directories, but too much looking around causes a system crash.

  29. I've used the os2cdrom drivers from Hobbes, but so far I have mostly grief.
