  11. Hello,
  12. Another plea for help with Trident SVGA drivers.  I have applied the
  13. SP and then installed the new 32bit Trident drivers (and the
  14. associated bvhsvga, etc) according to the file from Steve Withers
  15. archived on Dec 9.  However, I get garbage when I change from a
  16. windowed Dos session to a full screen session using alt-home.  I have
  17. the video-notification turned on in the dos settings.  If I return to
  18. a windowed session hitting alt-home again, things are fine until I
  19. attempt to go back to a full screen session.  I replace the various
  20. file in \os2\dll with the originals from the SP, and tried to use the
  21. generic svga 800x600x16 driver recently put on hobbes.  Same results.
  22. I have tried turning of the bios video shadow ram, no luck.  I see in
  23. the readme some suggestions if the wps screen gets trashed, but I have
  24. the opposite problem - the dos screen gets trashed.  Things work fine
  25. in regular vga with the SP supplied drivers.

  27. My system:  Generic 386-40 motherboard, 8 megs, trident 8900c 1 meg
  28. board with default jumper settings,AMI bios.
