- Well, to further specify the problem, which I have too, I thought it might
- help to know about the controller. I use a generic IDE controller. I
- don't just get general read errors, I get outright INT24 ERRORs. This is
- REALLY depressing, since I can't even go back to DOS when I need it.
- Another thing I tried was making a boot disk from real DOS. (format a:/s).
- It won't boot off of that, either. It prints garbage all over the
- screen... So what's up??
