- I posted this about a month ago, but just found out that due to some
- problems here the post may never have made it outside of Compaq. In
- any case, the 1024x768x256 OS/2 2.0 drivers for Compaq's QVision
- 1024/E and 1024/I (E=EISA, I=ISA) are available on hobbes in
- pub/os2/2.0/drivers/qvision.zip on hobbes, and also on ftp.compaq.com
- in pub/compaq/os2/sp0406.exe. I should point out that the are 16bit
- drivers and do not yet support seamless Windows. They are fast
- however. On the README scrolling benchmark posted a few weeks back it
- was much faster than any of the other cards.
-
- My apologies for the repeat if this did get posted the first time.
-
- P.S.
- I am pretty sure that QVision is available and supported in
- non-Compaq PC's.
