  13. When running OS/2 I have a small memory monitor on to see the RAM status. When
  14. starting an application the application takes lets say 1Mb of RAM. When 
  15. closing the application again lets say only 600 Kb is freed. Where is the last
  16. RAM? Is it an OS/2 bug or a bug in the memory monitor.
