  13. Last week, I ordered the DCF/2 disk-compression utility from
  14. Proportional Software Corp.  Got a bit of a surprise about the
  15. price.  It's been posted here as $US99.95 till end of Dec 92.
  16. This is the _US_ price.  The "international" price is $US139.95
  17. (plus P&P) till end Dec.  The reason given for this substantial
  18. difference is "to provide for the development of international
  19. distribution and to better service our international customers'
  20. support".
