  16. Um, when you send me mail could you phrase it like I didn't make this little
  17. plea?  3 people have responded already, and I feel guilty editing your mail
  18. before sending it up to management.  An unsolicited request for help will most
  19. likely get more attention than a solicited one, especially as I've already
  20. pestered my boss to let me play with this stuff here at work.
