  12. I doubt it's bad disks, considering that you got someone elses disk 12 
  13. and it still didn't work, but I have seen bad OS2v2 disk.  Maby on of the 
  14. earlier disks was bad and when it gets to disk 12 (the last disks, not 
  15. counting the viddriver disks) it freaks.  So...You could try a full 
  16. update with a full set of someone elsees disks.  Are you booting from the 
  17. disks or running them from in OS2v2?  Another thing you could do, grab 
  18. that program on disk 1, Unpack I think, and manually uncompress the files 
  19. on disk 12, and find-replace the old ones on the drive.  Good luck.
