  13. This is probably a well-known problem, but I just became aware of it today.

  15. The title says most of it.  I have Ami Pro 2.0 set to be run from an icon
  16. on the OS/2 2.0 (GA+SP) desktop.  The object open behavior setting is on
  17. display existing window, and the WIN-OS/2 window setting is selected, but
  18. with the separate session box unchecked.  But when I click on the icon
  19. after switching from Ami Pro to the desktop, it starts running a new Ami
  20. Pro window.  (I get the opening logo and a brand new empty document.)
  21. Obviously, a work-around is to click on the minimized Ami Pro icon at the
  22. bottom of the desktop, but I was wondering if there was some way to fix
  23. the behavior.  The display existing window behavior works as expected with
  24. Paradox 3.5 or the DOS VDM that I use for telnetting and Novelling.  I
  25. don't have any other real windows apps to check it with.
