- This is probably a well-known problem, but I just became aware of it today.
-
- The title says most of it. I have Ami Pro 2.0 set to be run from an icon
- on the OS/2 2.0 (GA+SP) desktop. The object open behavior setting is on
- display existing window, and the WIN-OS/2 window setting is selected, but
- with the separate session box unchecked. But when I click on the icon
- after switching from Ami Pro to the desktop, it starts running a new Ami
- Pro window. (I get the opening logo and a brand new empty document.)
- Obviously, a work-around is to click on the minimized Ami Pro icon at the
- bottom of the desktop, but I was wondering if there was some way to fix
- the behavior. The display existing window behavior works as expected with
- Paradox 3.5 or the DOS VDM that I use for telnetting and Novelling. I
- don't have any other real windows apps to check it with.
