  19. Look at WSHELP (A public domain .PAS -> .RTF converter) from Turbo Power.

  22. WSHELP contains a fairly well description of RTF and a method of embedding
  23. RTF commands in .PAS source files (actually it gives the possibility
  24. of writing documentation and code at once).
