  22. I've also been frustrated to download a product only to find that
  23. it's only half there.  I'll give this some further consideration.
  24. Perhaps I'll try a carrot instead of the stick and offer (expanded)
  25. documentation and free upgrade(s) to registrants --  maybe even source.

  27. All of my prior products have been contract or commercially-marketed
  28. products.  This is my first shareware release.  Anyone have any figures
  29. on what sort of registration rates one can expect?  Crippleware vs. not?
  30. I realize this is hard to pin down unless you know the exact number of
  31. downloads.

  33. I'm really not trying to be greedy here.  This has been quite a fun
  34. project to develop.  Tell me your experiences!  Maybe this crippleware
  35. route is truly an unneccessary annoyance.
