  13. Hello all,
  14.     I am currently on the market for a low-cost color printer for our
  15. group.  I am currently considering either the DeskJet550C or the Deskwriter
  16. equivalent to it.  What we would really like to do is throw the printer
  17. onto our network and setup a Novell print queue to it.  So here is the
  18. question:  Are there any networking options for the Deskjet550c?  I know we
  19. can buy an ethernet printing device that will make it a network printer,
  20. but that will cost a bit.

  22.     My other question is for anyone thats seen a Deskwriter550C.  If we do
  23. head in this direction because of the built-in networking (localtalk), what
  24. contortions will we have to engage in to be able to print from PCs (mainly
  25. windows) to this printer?  New drivers?  Or are the two printers basically
  26. identical in function?
