  13.   Here's the situation, I'm going to be given a 386DX at 20MHz and was
  14. wondering it buying a graphics accelerator card along with a good monitor would 
  15. significantlyt improve it's speed when using Windows and Windows based
  16. applications.  Would it be worth paying the extra money?
