  14. This message intended specifically for Israeli or Hebrew-oriented Win 3.1
  15. users out there: your input will be appreciated!

  17. Aim:     Getting Israeli Hebrew DOS programs, such as Einstein
  18.          HebrewWriter, for example, to run _windowed_.
  19. Problem: Terminal font used in windowed sessions does not support
  20.          the Israeli character set, using Hebrew chars. in high ASCII values.
  21. Request: Is there a special Israeli edition of MS-Windows? If so, what
  22.          special features and support does it offer? If not, is there
  23.          at least a special Hebrew-compatible font for windowed DOS
  24.          applications out there?
  25. Note:    This is not a request for info re: Hebrew fonts in general, but
  26.          specifically for DOS window fonts compatible w/ Israeli standard.

  28. Any suggestions and pointers welcome. I do not plan on trying to modify
  29. the existing font myself, however. Thanks!
