  11. Despite my best efforts to change it, the I-beam (text insertion
  12. point) in windows applications insists on being light-blue, which I
  13. find difficult to see (light-blue isn't being used in any of the
  14. Screen Elements in the Color Control Panel, and searching for the word
  15. "color" in all the .ini files doesn't reveal anything like light-blue).
