  11. I posted the source code for a program to format/mount/unmount a floppy for
  12. a normal user earlier today.  After I posted it, I realized that it has a
  13. serious security problem.  It lets you choose the formatter you want to use,
  14. ie mkfs, or mkefs, or what ever you want.  So you could choose bash or tcsh
  15. and have a root shell running.  Not a good thing.  I will change it so that
  16. it will only use mkfs or mkefs.  I also received some mail suggesting ways
  17. to make it more secure.  I will incorporate these changes into it this
  18. weekend, and put it on an ftp server if anyone is interested in it.
