  11. In the near future I plan on splitting linux and dos onto two drives.
  12. Half of dos on one half on the other, half of linux on one and half on
  13. the other.  Hopefully so when I am doing a make I dont have to compete
  14. with the drive if doing another disk intensive task.

  18. Linux /    of    35megs on SCSI drive (adaptec 1542b)
  19. Dos D:     of    60megs on SCSI drive (adaptec 1542b) this is my personal area

  21. Dos C:     of    150megs on Maxtor 7213  (this is my bbs)
  22. Linux /usr of    60megs on Maxtor 7213

  24. can I do this and not worry about having problems?  How about the
  25. extfs, does this work with the SCSI drives?  Any thing I should know about
  26. this, because in the future I was thinking of extfs.  Howabout this, can
  27. I have say a /usr directory on two seperate partitions when my needs
  28. grow?
