  13. are there any patches for 0.99 that would allow mounting a filesystem
  14. from a file instead of a device? i would like to use ext-fs for a
  15. small number of directories, but i don't feel like repartitioning...
  16. since swapping can be done from files, it would seem logical that
  17. mouting a fs should also be possible. of course, it would probably be
  18. very slow compared to a real partition, but i only need it for
  19. manpages and stuff that isn't time-critical.
