  11. I just downloaded all of the a1-4, b1-7, etc. diskettes from
  12. tsx-11.mit.edu .... I have a few questions:

  14.     I downloaded these to a PRIMARY dos partition on
  15.         my HD, can I transfer/install to a Linux
  16.         from there?
  17.  
  18.     I had to rename the .FSP_CONTENT file to get it
  19.         downloaded for each diskette ... what is
  20.         this file and what does it do?  I had to
  21.         rename it FSP.b1, FSP.b2, etc. to get it
  22.         downloaded.

  24.     Can Linux reside on an extended partition? or does
  25.         it need a primary partition??  Can I have 2
  26.         active primary partitions under Linux? ( I
  27.         have another MSDOS partition that is a 
  28.         primary partition as well, along with OS/2
  29.         and Boot Manager ... BTW, every thing was
  30.         fdisk'd under OS/2 ... I need to install
  31.         LILO first?? ... HELP??)
