- I just uploaded a working gwm to sunsite.unc.edu. It should be in the
- directory pub/Linux/X11/Incoming, and the file is called
- gwm-libX11.so.2.1.tar.Z. I had to do the lex & yacc stuff on
- campus HP machines and make a few other hacks to the source code, but it
- seems to work. I compiled with libX11 version 2.1, gcc 2.2.2d7, libc4.1,
- and linux 0.98pl5. It's compiled with -fwritable-strings, so there should
- be no problems with writing to the text segment.
- Because I'm lazy, I just grabbed the old gwm.tar.Z on
- sunsite, substituted the new binary, and re-packaged it. If I get some
- time and people request it (by e-mail, please), I'll upload my diffs to
- the source and the lex & yacc output files and a corrected directory
- structure (If you use the standard /usr/X386/... directory structure,
- you'll have to move things around).
