  16. If you're using a version of LILO older than 0.7, upgrading to 0.7
  17. will probably solve your problem. There are is an incompatibility
  18. between 0.98pl6 and possibly also SLS 0.98pl5 and LILO <= 0.6 that
  19. may cause strange kernel crashes and funny video mode selections.
