  34. Just a small note. This patch is not needed to set the speed to
  35. 56000/57600 or 115200 bps. The serial driver works fine without the
  36. patch if the only two speeds you want above 38400 are those two. The
  37. patch may be required to install a custom speed though. Refer to Ted's
  38. post of yesterday.
