  11. I have a Gateway 2000 486/33C with Diamond SpeedStar Plus video card and
  12. the dual frequency CrystalScan 1024NI monitor.  Release 0.97 worked with
  13. it in most video modes.

  15. This is not the case with 0.98 because it does not allow manual
  16. selection of those modes and its automatic selection is wrong for my
  17. video hardware; can't see a thing after the Loading ......... is
  18. finished.

  20. Has anybody else experienced this problem besides me and is there a fix
  21. for it?  I think it was a mistake to take out the manual video selection
  22. option and I hope it will be placed back in the next release, with
  23. perhaps a timer activating automatic selection after -- say -- 30
  24. seconds if there was no manual selection.  (Similarly to boot manager
  25. operation.)
