- I think the easiest way to do this is to put a few more instructions in
- startup.S. Just kick it into 1024x768x256 and then back to text mode. At this
- point, you can still use the BIOS.

- It's ugly, but at least you don't have to go back and boot DOS every time you
- need to reset the clocks...
