- DECUS, like most organizations, concentrates power at the top. Those 20 people,
- if they are out of touch, probably hurt DECUS more than any 100 other people
- could. I'm not saying they are all out of touch. I only know even the names of a
- handful of them, and don't know hardly any of them well enough to know whether
- they are out of touch. However, they system makes it easy for them to be out of
- touch, so over the long haul, many of them will be.
