  12. Ok, since there seem to be enough witnesses, there is one thing you can
  13. do. Sue them for any damage - your roommate and ZEOS have made a
  14. contract and ZEOS seems not to be fulfilling it. Look for a lawyer near
  15. you, sue them for the bucks you sent in, plus the computer plus 10 000
  16. USD penalty for not fullfilling the contract. A good lawyer should be
  17. able to get you your money back.
