- Sendmail Configuration Package UK2.1
-
- I have tried putting the line
- sunny.king.ac.uk
-
- in my domain std file and the checkdom program during the 'make check'
- command fails with an awk error complainng about line 4.
- I dont have a line 4 just the one mentioned above!
-
- The manual for this Sendmail Configuration Package UK2.1 is a bit vague
- about what should go in here, there are no example lines in the User Guide
- for this bit (at the bottom of page 3)
-
- I'm at my wits end with this.
- I ran make, anyway, and the slave.cf file
- still had glasgow in two parts of it. I changed these to something
- sensible, although I didn't know whether the w in w.cs.glasgow should
- be left in, or removed to read w.king.ac.uk or king.ac.uk.
-
- Anyway I installed the .cf, restarted sendmail and now I can't send any mail
- at all. I could send mail before when I tried editing the file as in the sun3.5
- manuals.
-
- Is this program really meant to make things simpler?
