  26. Both d_tzname and d_tz_min got define.  I just quickly undef d_tzname
  27. and elm doesn't compile.  It complains about timezone being
  28. redeclared in getarpdate.c.  I'll look into after work tonight.

  30. I am using /usr/ccs/bin/cc, not /usr/ucb/cc.
