- Howdy,
-
- As you have figured out from the subject line, I had some questions regarding
- the modes offered by an IBM 8515 monitor. I've got a cheapo Trident 9000
- graphics card that does 1024x768, but it and the monitor don't want to synch-
- up right. First of all, is the above monitor a non-interlaced or interlaced
- monitor at 1024x768? Next, is the above monitor a multi-frequency monitor, or
- does it just handle a few resolutions (and frequencies, one each for 640x480,
- 800x600, and 1024x768)? Oh, yea, I forgot to mention I can't get the card/
- monitor combination to synch-up at 800x600 mode either. In either case, the
- screen looks like it is trying to to synch-up, but it is just a few scan-lines
- off.
-
- If someone has some information about these problems, please email me with
- some answers.
-
- Thanks,
-
