  13. This question is sort of a longshot, but I thought this might be the most
  14. appropriate group for its posting (correct me if I'm wrong).

  16. Using a program called RIBBON for generating Richardson diagrams for proteins,
  17. I've finally converted the image to a format for FRODO and subsequently to a 
  18. PIPPIN format (these sound esoteric, but hopefully someone knows what I'm
  19. talking about).  Unfortunately, the PIPPIN format seems more appropriate for a 
  20. pen plotter rather than a laser printer (which I have).  Does anyone know how
  21. to print a PIPPIN file on a laser printer or convert to something that can be
  22. printed (e.g. PostScript)?  The program is running on a VAX, but I also have an
  23. SGI Indigo and Macintoshes available if needed for file conversion.  Any help
  24. would be greatly appreciated.
