  11. This article doesn't really belong here, so I apologize to the folks who
  12. prefer the technical discussion.  If my questions weren't crucial to what
  13. I'm working on, I would not violate nettiquette.

  15. I'm fast aground on some questions about the ASM-CS and I can not get my
  16. local sales prevention rep or anyone from CA to answer them.  I have to
  17. turn in a purchase recommendation next week and can't recommend Cisco
  18. without the answers.  I've got all the price and other sales info I need,
  19. but I need a couple of technically oriented answers.

  21. Hopefully someone outside Cisco can answer the questions, they should be easy.

  23. o   How does the ASM-CS physically connect to the big iron to run tn3270?
  24. o   Is there an aggregate bit rate limitation on the CSC-16 serial card?
  25. o   Can I open a socket connection to a serial port and dialog with it over
  26.     the socket connection (reverse telnet?)?
  27. o   Can I do scripted dialing for an outdial using the ASM-CS as a modem pool?
