  14. I have a Gateway Telepath modem and would like to know what settings will
  15. ensure that the line is dropped when a call comes in.  Is this merely a 
  16. matter of setting the S10 register to a value less than the factory standard
  17. 14?  My older Intel modem hung up the connection reliably when a call came
  18. in so that I would not be cut off from the world just because I spend too
  19. much time reading  Usenet.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.
