  33. I normally do not like to generate hate mail or controversy, but I feel that
  34. I must state my experience with Mr. Mubasheer Cheema a couple of months ago
  35. so readers may be careful when dealing with their purchases.

  37. In the third week of October, 1992, I responded to a similar posting
  38. from Mr. Mubasheer Cheema, and talked to him on the phone several
  39. times. He refused to send the modem by COD. When asked about
  40. references of people who had bought stuff from him, he said he will
  41. mail me the references by e-mail. The e-mail never arrived. After
  42. sending him several e-mails for getting references, I got no replies.
  43. After that, I left him a couple of messages on answering machine about
  44. references but he never called back. So I decided that either he had
  45. sold all the modems, or he was not interested in giving any references
  46. or returning my phone calls.

  48. I saw the same posting again here and I thought I would let the netters
  49. know of my experience. I am not saying that Mr. Cheema is a dishonest
  50. person or is trying to rip me (or someone else) off. Buyer Beware!
