- I'd like to know, too. Ralin's advert in Byte have the Zoom V.32bis/
- V42bis/9600 fax for $269 which seems like a really good deal. The cheapest
- I have heard of a Supra is $299. I have to ask myself, are you just paying
- $30 for the metal (rather than plastic) case and the pretty character
- display (rather than the traditional row of red leds)?
-
- Does anybody know whether the Zoom or Supra come with dual voltage
- PSU's (110/240V)?
-
- In answer to Tony's question - I am fairly confident that either modem
- will work just fine on European 'phone lines. In the UK you just need
- to sort out any problems with AC line voltage with the PSU and swap
- the RJ11 'phone line connector for a British Telecom special.
