  30. It definitely speaks PEP.  I get good transfer rates when sending
  31. from my modem (tb+, BA5.00 roms).  However, when it is sending
  32. to me, I get terrible transfer rates (like 200 cps).  Does anyone
  33. know anything about this modem?
