  28. Yes, but what software version is the ZyXEL modem running?  There was a
  29. problem a while back that has since been fixed.  On the other hand, I just
  30. looked over the release notes for v5.04A again, and found the following item
  31. that suggests there may have been a problem with USR modems in particular
  32. that was only just fixed in the latest version:
